At the groundbreaking ceremony of three social housing projects, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh praised Dong Nai's efforts, affirming its contribution to the national goal of 1 million units to meet workers' housing needs.
On the morning of August 21, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh attended the groundbreaking ceremony for three social housing projects—K-Home Avenue, K-Home Midtown, and K-Home Skyview—located in the Phu Hoi Urban Area, Trang Bom Supermarket Residential Area, and Bau Xeo Residential Area of Dong Nai Province, developed by Kim Oanh Land.

Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh speaks at the August 21 groundbreaking ceremony in Dong Nai, praising the province’s efforts in developing social housing.
In his remarks, the Deputy Minister emphasized that developing social housing has always been a priority for the Party, the Government, ministries, and localities, with a target of building at least 1 million units by 2030. In 2025 alone, 100,000 units are expected to be completed to meet the accommodation needs of workers, public servants, and laborers.
He noted that the groundbreaking of these projects not only contributes to this national goal but also serves as a meaningful event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), reflecting Dong Nai’s commitment to ensuring social security.
The Deputy Minister urged the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee to regularly direct and address challenges, expedite land clearance, shorten administrative procedures, allocate suitable land funds, and arrange budgets for compensation. He also called for balancing and allocating local budget capital to entrust to the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies for housing loans.
For Kim Oanh Land, he requested a focus on financial resources, the application of new technologies, and ensuring both project quality and progress. Project information should be made public early to facilitate purchase and lease-purchase registration, while regular monitoring and prompt issue resolution are essential to ensure timely completion and use.
