VINASME organized the signing ceremony of emulation covenant in 2020
On March 5, 2020, in Hanoi, VINASME organized a conference to implement the emulation and commendation plan of the economic cluster in 2020. Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Mr. Pham Huy Hung - Vice Chairman of VINASME chaired the conference.
Attending the meeting were member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's economic cluster, including: VINASME, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Vietnam Gemstones jewellry and Art craft Association, Vietnam Gardening Association, Vietnam Association of War Invalids and People with Disabilities, Vietnam association of crafts villages, Vietnam Vietnam association of organisms, Vietnam Cooperative Alliance and Vietnam Association of Fisheries.
Mr. Ta Van Ngo – VINAMSE’s specialist presented the Plan on emulation and commendation in 2020, and the emulation covenant of the economic cluster.
According to the Plan, each member needs to creatively set out specific task groups in order to promote the superiority of each organization in the Cluster, thereby successfully implementing the emulation covenant in 2020. One of the main purposes is to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, 130 years of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh, and 90 years of the Vietnam Fatherland Front tradition.
As the cluster’s leader, VINASME is responsible for organizing emulational activities in accordance with the plan approved by the cluster; in which VINASME will make a summary report and send it to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Meanwhile, members of the Cluster will proactivelyimplement the assigned tasks and actively participate in common activities. They will also make periodic reports and request for commendation to the cluster’s leader in order to make a final review of emulation and commendation work of the year 2020.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung affirmed that in 2019, 9 members of the economic cluster had quickly responded to the emulation launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and this strongly contributed to the success of the Ninth National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
In order to achieve better results, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung suggested that the cluster continue to strive and emulate. At the same time, all members need to be united, solid and ready to learn from each other.
Regarding the emulation covenant in 2020, Mr. Pham Huy Hung - Vice Chairman of VINASME required the association to receive and adjust in accordance with the comments of participants. The emulation covenant includes 9 components:
Firstly, emulate to improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization of members, business people and businesses ... to consolidate and promote the great national unity bloc.
Secondly, emulate to promote the creative and self-governing spirit of members, entrepreneurs, businesses ...
Thirdly, emulate to promote the spirit of democracy, representation and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members. Also, it is necessary to supervise and review economic policies and participate in building a strong Party and Government.
Fourthly, continue to expand and improve the efficiency and quality of people-to-people exchanges and international cooperation.
Fifthly, emulatie to complete the mechanism, enhances the operational capacity of its organization and to meet new requirements in the coming period.
Sixth, emulate to successfully complete individual plans and tasks in the year.
Seventh, creatively organize the implementation of the emulation covenants.
Eighth, proactively propagandize, disseminate and emulate along with outstanding achievements.
Ninth, fully attend the periodic meeting, with the right participants, and send a complete, timely and quality report to the cluster’s leader.
