Ideas on urban infrastructure development in Quy Nhon City
The Ministry of Construction issued a document responding to the Office of Government on relocating Quy Nhon railway station from the inner city and forming Quy Hoa urban science and education urban area in Ghenh Rang ward.

The Ministry of Construction given the following opinions: according to the spatial development orientation defined in the project of adjusting the general planning of Quy Nhon City and its vicinity to the year 2035, vision to 2050 approved in the Decision No. 495 / QD-TTg, it is necessary to accelerate the relocation of Quy Nhon Station out of Quy Nhon City and consistent with the development orientations of Quy Nhon City approved by the Prime Minister.
According to the Ministry of Construction, the formation of Quy Hoa Science and Education Urban Area in Ghenh Rang Ward and Quy Nhon City is in line with the spatial development orientation defined in the planning scheme 495.
For specific support of Quy Hoa Urban Science and Education Urban Project, the Ministry of Construction has issued a written document No. 5787 / VPCP-KGVX dated July 2, 2019 of the Main Office. covering the Project of "Quy Hoa Science and Urban Area to 2025, vision to 2035".
