Bộ Thương mại Mỹ (DOC) hôm 17/5 đã nhận đơn từ các công ty tại Mỹ đề nghị xem xét và tiến hành điều tra lẩn tránh thương mại đối với một số sản phẩm nhập khẩu từ Việt Nam, gồm các sản phẩm thép có nguồn gốc từ Trung Quốc và Hàn Quốc.
