Hanoi: Adjusting time to resolve administrative procedure in construction
Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 4263 / QD-UBND, announced the list of administrative procedures in the field of construction activities under the jurisdiction of the Department of Construction, Department of Specialized Construction Management, District People's Committee in Hanoi City.

Accordingly, the administrative procedures in the construction sector will have a time limit of 15 - 35 days, specifically for the evaluation of projects which adjusted or appraised basic plans were prescribed at Decree 59/2015 / ND-CP.
The evaluation of adjusted projects shall not exceed 35 days for Group A projects; not exceeding 25 days for Group B projects and not exceeding 15 days for Group C projects. The adjustment of basic design/adjusted basic designs shall not exceed 25 days for Group A projects; no more than 15 days for Group B projects and no more than 10 days for Group C projects. Evaluation requesters shall submit directly at the Construction Services and the Departments for management of specialized construction projects and People's Committees..
For procedure of appraisal of economic report - technical/economic report - technical adjustment/construction drawing design, adjusted construction cost estimate specified in Article 5 , Article 10, Article 13, Decree 59/2015 / ND-CP; Article 11, Article 12, Circular No. 18/2016 / TT-BXD: The time limit for settlement shall be counted from the date the evaluating agency receives a complete and valid dossier within 15 days.
For design evaluation procedures, adjusted construction/design projects and construction projects specified at Point b, Clause 1, Article 24; Point b, Clause 1, Article 25; Point b, Clause 1, Article 26, Decree No. 59/2015: Processing time for level I and special projects shall not exceed 36 days; Works of level II and level III must not exceed 36 days; The remaining works are no more than 16 days.
This decision took effect on August 9, 2019 and replaces Decision No. 215/QD-UBND dated 11 January017 of the Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee on the announcement of modified administrative procedures. , supplement or replace in the field of construction activities under the scope of state management functions of the Department of Construction, Department of specialized construction management.
