This year's competition is held across the province, and is open to students at all levels. Through the preliminary round, the jury selected 15 best candidates representing 3 groups of levels, including: Group 1 - Movers, Group 2 - Flyers, KET and group 3 - PET, PRE-FCE, FCE, IELTS to continue to enter the final round. In the final round, the contestants randomly draw one of the three limited topics of the organizers: kindness, self-study and Vietnamese traditional food (kindness, self-study, traditional Vietnamese food); Give presentations within 2 minutes. The jury asks 1-3 questions related or unrelated to the candidate's topic to test the candidate's English language reflex skills. As a result, the organizers awarded 3 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 3 third prizes. In addition, give 1 favorite video award and give certificates and souvenirs to all contestants participating in the final round.

The contest aims to create a useful playground to help students exchange, learn and practice English speaking skills, presentation skills, and more confidence in learning and in life. Thereby, enhancing the promotion of emulation movement of learning and practicing English among students in the province.
