Lợi nhuận của Nhựa Bình Minh phục hồi, 57% tài sản là tiền

Công ty Cổ phần Nhựa Bình Minh (HoSE: BMP) vừa công bố báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất quý II/2024 với doanh thu thuần 1.153 tỷ đồng, giảm 14% so với cùng kỳ. Lợi nhuận gộp 506 tỷ đồng, giảm 12% so với cùng kỳ. Biên lãi gộp được cải thiện, tăng từ 42,9% lên 43,9%.

Trong kỳ, các loại chi phí đều được tiết giảm hơn so với cùng kỳ, trong đó chi phí bán hàng giảm mạnh 32% về mức 117 tỷ đồng. Kết quả, công ty lãi sau thuế hơn 280 tỷ đồng, giảm 5% so với quý II/2023. So với 3 quý liền trước, con số này đã có sự tăng trưởng đáng kể.

Tính chung nửa đầu năm nay, Nhựa Bình Minh mang về 2.156 tỷ đồng doanh thu thuần, lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 470 tỷ đồng, giảm lần lượt 22%, 18% so với cùng kỳ.

So với mục tiêu doanh thu 5.540 tỷ đồng, lãi sau thuế 1.030 tỷ đồng đã được thông qua tại kỳ họp cổ đông thường niên 2024, Nhựa Bình Minh đã thực hiện 39% chỉ tiêu doanh thu và 46% kế hoạch lợi nhuận.

Tại thời điểm 30/6/2024, tổng tài sản của Nhựa Bình Minh ở mức 3.085 tỷ đồng, giảm nhẹ so với hồi đầu năm. Riêng lượng tiền mặt và tiền gửi ngân hàng đạt 1.753 tỷ đồng, chiếm 57% tài sản. Nửa đầu năm nay, công ty nhựa này nhận gần 36 tỷ đồng lãi tiền gửi, tiền cho vay.

Bên kia bảng cân đối kế toán, nợ phải trả của công ty ở mức 434 tỷ đồng, giảm hơn 100 tỷ đồng so với đầu năm, gồm 55 tỷ đồng vay ngắn hạn. Các khoản nợ khác là phải trả người bán (98 tỷ đồng), phải trả người lao đồng (89 tỷ đồng), phải nộp Nhà nước (85 tỷ đồng)…

Cuối quý II/2024, vốn chủ sở hữu của công ty đạt 2.650 tỷ đồng, trong đó lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối là 629 tỷ đồng, giảm nhẹ so với đầu năm.

Chốt phiên ngày 16/7, cổ phiếu BMP dừng tại 96.400 đồng/cổ phiếu, giảm khoảng 20% so với mức đỉnh hồi tháng 4. Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu BMP đang trong xu hướng giảm về quanh 96.400 đồng/cổ phiếu, mức thấp nhất trong gần 8 tháng qua, kể từ tháng 12/2023.

Nhựa Bình Minh là một trong những doanh nghiệp trên sàn chứng khoán có lịch sử chi trả cổ tức bằng tiền mặt cao.

Năm 2024, Nhựa Bình Minh dự kiến sẽ giành tối thiểu 50% lợi nhuận sau thuế năm 2024 để chia cổ tức. Tháng 6 vừa qua, công ty đã chi gần 500 tỷ đồng để chia cổ tức còn lại của năm 2023, với tỉ lệ 61% (tức 1 cổ phiếu nhận 6.100 đồng).

Trước đó, doanh nghiệp đã tạm ứng cổ tức năm 2023 đợt 1 tỉ lệ 65% (6.500 đồng/cp) vào cuối năm ngoái. Tổng tỉ lệ chi trả lên tới 126% (1 cổ phiếu nhận 12.600 đồng).
