Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh chaired a high-level meeting to coordinate investment plans for three strategic expressway projects in Northern Vietnam: Ha Noi – Thai Nguyen – Cho Moi, Thai Nguyen – Cao Bang and Thai Nguyen – Lang Son routes.
